Katie has now worked with Mr Brown for 6 years.  Beginning as an Administrative Assistant she has become an instrumental part  of setting up our practice on the Peninsula.  Whether it be a enquiry regarding an account or wanting to book a procedure  with Mr. Brown, Katie is only  to happy to help with your enquiries.  Once you have made the decision to have theatre with Mr Brown at either Peninsula Private or Frankston Private Day surgery, Katie will look after your booking. From quotes, paperwork and your hospital admission, Katie will have it covered.

Ann joined our team 3 years ago with nearly 30 years experience in medical administration, she is a much welcomed addition to the practice.  When you do come into visit us at Berwick, Ann usually has control of the desk. Whether it be a problem with understanding Medicare or health funds or simply that you can't recall when you're due to come and visit next, she will always know the answer.

Once you have made the decision to have surgery with Mr Brown, Kellie will be looking after your theatre booking at Berwick. From your paperwork, payment and hospital admission, Kellie has it covered.
