Joanne is instrumental in the success of Mr.Brown’s practice. Originally educated as a nurse, Joanne turned her attention to Medical Administration and for the past eight years has been totally involved in the Plastic Surgery industry.
Joanne’s professional history incorporates working with a number of leading cosmetic surgeons in Melbourne. As a result her irrefutable knowledge and empathetic nature have allowed her to embrace the role as Educator and to work intimately with each patient in all facets of cosmetic plastic surgery. |
Kas Hollingworth

Kas has come into the practice with many years experience. Kas realized early on that she wanted to specialize in the plastic surgery field and has consequently worked within the operating suite for her entire career. After almost a decade working in both private and public hospitals she decided to relocate and based herself at St. John of God hospital in Berwick where she met Tim Brown. When Mr. Brown opened his practice, he immediately asked Kas to join his team. Kas underwent more training and is now the Injectable Nurse – treating clients with injectable wrinkle erasors. She divides her time in theatre with Mr. Brown and in the rooms treating clients. Kas is a dedicated member of staff who clearly thrives at her job; has a great deal of pride in her work; and absolute commitment to the clients. |
Tracey Murphy
Nurse/Surgical Assistant
Patient Educator
Tracey is our Division 1 nurse and Mr Brown's surgical assistant. She has been working alongside Mr Brown since 2004. Already equipped with a broad and versatile range of nursing intelligence and experience, Tracey has been specifically trained in all aspects of plastic and cosmetic procedures. Together with Mr. Brown and his team, Tracey’s role is to support patients with their pre and post surgical care and post operative appointments.
Tracey assists Mr Brown during the procedures and this allows for an overall continuity of care. |
Katie Vidakovic
Office Administrator
When you do come into visit us, Katie usually has control of the desk. Whether it be a problem with understanding Medicare or health funds or simply that you can’t recall when you’re due to come and visit next, she will always know the answer. Katie is also our resident make up & spray tanning expert. Whether it be to camouflage post surgical bruises or just to match and enhance your colours Katie has had extensive training using Glo Minerals range of makeup.
