Upper Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)

This is a surgical procedure to remove loose skin and excess fat deposits in the upper arm.

Loss of weight or change of lifestyle to include exercise can alter the shape of the arms. Surgery on the upper arm can help to re-shape the skin and fat of the upper arm to improve the contour of the limb.

It may involve liposuction, removal of skin and fat, or a combination of both surgical techniques. Depending on how much loose tissue is present, the scars can be minimal and may be located in the skin of the arm pit, or in severe cases run the entire length of the upper arm.

Mr Brown can advise you the technique that will be appropriate for you. However, in most cases, surgery can be undertaken as a day procedure.

Why would I choose to have an Upper Arm Lift?

• To remove upper arm skin that has become loose and flabby during the ageing process.
• To improve the contour of the arm following weight loss
